Yes. Thanks to the spectrophotometer we are able to reproduce each colour. We also have a broad range of patterns available. Due to the above we can produce a material that will imitate the natural leather.
Yes. Our offer includes materials for automotive industry. The materials that are used in the cars manufacturing (upholstery elements, door panels, other elements of car equipment) come with a non-flammability certificate UN ECE 118.03 of Annex 8 of Regulation No. 118 (vertical flammability) and Annex 7 of Regulation No. 118 (fusibility).
The minimum order is one roll of materials ca. 40-50 linear metre depending on the type of the material.
Width: 1.40 m, length: 40 or 50 meters (depnding on the type of the material).
In case of standard materials from our main colour palette that we have on stock, we can complete the order in the territory of Poland within 24 hours. In case of large or unusual orders, we ask you to contact us to agree on details but the order completion shall not exceed a dozen or so business days.
Yes. All our products are approved by the National Institute of Hygiene which means they are safe for users.
Yes. Our material Scirocco is phthalate free as a standard. Every other coated material can be produced in the phthalate free version at the customer’s request. Please contact our customer service office to be presented with a detailed pricing.
At the customer’s request we perform the flame retardancy of our products according to the rule BS 5258 SCHEDULE 4 PART 1, SCHEDULE 5 PART 1 and non-inflammability UN ECE 118.03 of Annex 8 of Regulation No. 118 (vertical flammability) and Annex 7 of Regulation No. 118 (fusibility).
We have contracts with top logistics service providers DPD and DB Schenker that enable quick deliveries to the customers across Poland and the EU. We handle both small orders (from one roll) and pallet orders for large buyers.
It is possible to use own transportation and to pick up the ordered materials straight from our seat in Płock.
No. Coated materials cannot be cleaned with chemical agents as it can result in degradation and loss of a guarantee. Particularly the following cleaning agents must not be used:
- petrol, alcohol, nail polish remover nor disinfectants,
- bleaches widely used in households,
- solvents and liquids containing solvents, especially ketones, acetates, cyclohexanone, tetrahydrofuran, citric acid,
- waxing agents,
- cleaning and maintenance products intended for eco leathers (artificial leathers) and for natural leather.
